Dear Prospective Families,
Welcome to St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic School, home of the Falcons. St. Clare School opened its doors in the fall of the 1926-1927 school year and has successfully offered a quality Catholic education to hundreds of students for over 90 years. St. Clare School is accredited by the Michigan Association of Nonpublic Schools (MANS). St. Clare provides a learning environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential as we strive to be a Gospel presence in our diverse community. We provide a quality Catholic Education that is focused on faith, academics and service. St. Clare is a forward-thinking school, yet we still maintain our Catholic traditions and values as we prepare our students for high school in the 21st Century.
Our faith is intertwined in everything we do. Students pray daily, celebrate Mass together, participate in Reconciliation and spiritual retreats, and provide service to the community. St. Clare is more than an academic program. It is a place where each student can experience the best possible learning environment by growing and challenging themselves, and thriving in an atmosphere of respect, forgiveness, love, compassion, and generosity toward one another. Our curriculum is based on the standards and benchmarks of the Archdiocese of Detroit, but enhanced with opportunities for creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. We promote civic responsibility in a nurturing environment devoted to meeting the needs of all learners.
We understand the process of finding, settling on, and applying to the right school for your child can feel intense and pressure filled. We want to assure you we are always available and happy to field your questions, to answer your concerns, and help you decide whether St. Clare will be the best educational choice for your child and the best community for your family. Please take the time to visit our campus and see our students’ accomplishments. Call to schedule an appointment to take a tour and ask about financial aid options for qualifying families.
