As stated in last week’s newsletter, we will no longer use PowerSchool as our Student Information System. Instead, we will use FACTS, which we currently use solely for tuition. Using FACTS will mean all student information will be housed in one system, including academic and enrollment information. Families will have access to this system through the FACTS Family Portal, much like the current access with PowerSchool.
Please note this is a separate login from your FACTS tuition account.
Moving forward, registration will take place directly within FACTS. Completing registration in the FACTS system will include all information that has been previously collected through the “first day packets” given out at the beginning of the school year. This way, families will not need to complete hard copies of forms every year. While there may still be forms that must be completed and signed yearly, the majority of information will be collected during the online registration process.
An email with instructions on how to create your FACTS Family Portal account and complete the online enrollment packet will be sent tomorrow to all families who have already registered for the 21-22 school year. All families must complete this enrollment packet by Friday, May 14. Help sessions will be offered for those families who would like guidance in completing this packet. Spots will be limited during these help sessions, so sign up as early as you can to ensure you will be able to attend the session.
