PTO Meeting - 8/11/20

Dear St. Clare of Montefalco Families,
 
A desire and discussion was held at having an outdoor 7:00  PTO with proper 6 foot spacing for Tuesday evening. Due to weather uncertainty and other parish activities the PTO meeting will be held via zoom. If you desire to attend the meeting please contact Sue Pongratz at her email address   [email protected] and she will send the zoom link to you Tuesday.
 
The St. Clare of Montefalco Office Team and school staff are working diligently to meet all the CDC , State of Michigan, and Archdiocese of Detroit guidelines to opening our school safely. It is a monstrous task but we are on it.

This Thursday the School Newsletter will include the completed plan we have created to meet all the guidelines. You will have it in your hands before coming to your Orientation meetings the week of August 24 ^th. 
 
The Tuesday Principal’s Report will acknowledge we are working to prepare the school for opening face to face on August 31 ^st if that is the directive from the Archdiocese of Detroit. Questions will be answered at orientation.
