Dear St. Clare of Montefalco Families,

This was a terrific week for us at St. Clare of Montefalco. Attendance was amazing. Most days only one or two students were absent. Teachers taught from their homes quarantining just like the students. We are good to go Monday, January 11, 2021. 

Today over 55 families were present at the Mandatory Parent Meeting for what is needed to return to school next week. The  Wayne County Family Check Off List, the  Travel Quarantining/Morning Drop Off Procedures and  Return to School Plan were reviewed. 

Those of you who were not present must view the  recording of the meeting. You must also review the documents shared above and then email  [email protected] informing me you viewed the protocols.  

Your children should be gathering all of their materials that need to be returned to school. They need to find all the components to their uniforms too. Teachers will contact families over the weekend as to which materials need to be brought back each day next week. This will prevent it being a tedious start on the very first day returning for in person learning.  All students must bring back their devices, fully charged, with headphones on Monday.

The  January calendar is finally ready. Notice Friday January 15 ^th and 22 ^nd share Children’s Mass TBD. The goal is to return to church physically as a school. We are working out the details to make that happens safely for everyone. January 29th there will not be a mass.

Remember if anyone in your family household has COVID-19 or was exposed to COVID-19 and is quarantining you need to contact me,  [email protected].   Children in households with members who tested positive for COVID-19 must stay home until that person tests negative. I must be called in the office to work out those details.
