Dear St. Clare of Montefalco Families,

Travel Revision Mandates Families you need to know that if you leave the State of Michigan your children will need to quarantine for 10 to 14 days upon return whether you travel by plane or car.  There is a very large uptick in COVID cases in schools across the metro area. Please know that if that continues to occur, the school may go virtual for the week after Easter Break. Watch for those updates.

Enrollment: I am so pleased to share that we already have 109 students enrolled for the 2021/2022 school year. It is such a statement about this school community and how you create the identity of the school. The teachers, the support staff, the parents, the young people, and Father Andrew make the school what it is. We have five more months to continue to strategically fill classrooms. This is really amazing. The Archdiocese of Detroit is pleased with this news about the school.

Important Dates and Reminders: Registration for 2021-2022 – https://stclareschool.net/registration-form
1.       Penitential Service – Friday, March 19 ^th at 12:30 for upper grades
2.      Prospective Parent Tours – Saturday March 20 ^th at 10:00 and 11:00 (call the school to schedule)
3.      Parent STAR Reports – Hard copies sent home Monday, March 22 ^nd with students
4.      Sixth Grade Camp – Friday, March 26 ^th from 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM
5.      Last Day of Third Quarter – Wednesday, March 31st
6.      All School Mass – Wednesday, March 31 at 2:00 (only students and teachers in church)
7.      Third Quarter Report Cards – Friday, April 16 ^th
8.      Spring Open House – Thursday, April 22 from 6:00-7:30 share   www.visitstclareschool.org with prospective families
9.      Tuition Assistance Application 2021/2022 -- https://www.detroitcatholicschools.org/tuition-assistance-scholarships April 30, 2021 is deadline for first round applications. This application is also used by the school to grant tuition assistance for those seeking it (catholic and non-catholic).
