Greetings St. Clare of Montefalco families,
 
Picnics – We had great weather for the classrooms who had their picnics this week.  Thank you parents for dropping your children off at 9:00 and picking them up at 3:00. St. Clare of Montefalco Falcons thoroughly enjoyed their time together. See schedule below for upcoming picnics for other grades.
 
FACTS Roll Out:  Thank you families for registering your children in FACTS. Mrs. Pawlowski’s students are almost all registered for Grade 1. The upper grade families are almost all accounted for in FACTS as well. Complete registration is dependent upon completing this task. The school is receiving inquiries for seats in classrooms that though we know are near full, FACTS does not indicate this. We do not want to over-enroll our classrooms.
 
Vaccination Site – Saturday, June 5 and June 26 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Just drive up in your car with your children 12 and older and all can be vaccinated on these two dates to complete the two-shot process.  Click here to see the flyer.
 
Tuition Assistance Last Round Due Date: June 30, 2021
 
Lunch and P-EBT Cards – The last day for the AOD lunch program is Friday, June 4 ^th. All students must bring a lunch from home for the last week of school.  Click here to view information on the Pandemic-EBT program and whether your child is eligible to receive P-EBT benefits through the Free and Reduced Lunch program. If you would like your child's benefit level to be reconsidered, you must follow the instructions in  this application.

2.      Grade 8 Picnic at Windmill Pointe Park – Wednesday, June 2 from 9:00 to 3:00
3.      Grade 3 /4 Picnic at Patterson Park – Thursday, June 3 from 9:00 to 3:00
4.      Detroit Huddle Ice Cream Truck – Thursday, June 3 ^rd Dismissal (Student & Parent Ice-Cream Treat)
5.      PREK at Patterson Park – Thursday, June 3 from 5:00 to 7:00
6.      Last Day for AOD Lunch Program – Friday, June 4
7.      Graduation Grade 8 – Friday, June 4 at 10:00 Mass with event to follow at Cadieux Café
8.      PTO Zoom Meeting – Monday, June 7 at 7:00
9.      Kindergarten Picnic at Patterson Park – Tuesday, June 8 from 9:00 to 3:00
10.    Last Day of School/Half Day – Friday, June 11 following 10:00 All School Mass
11.     Tuition Assistance Last Round – June 30 ^th Due Date.
