Last Week Updates

Greetings St. Clare of Montefalco families,

Students that they do not have to wear uniforms Thursday. It will be a Free Dress Day. They need to adhere to the Dress Code for this. Friday they will dress up for mass as it is the last day of school.

Reminders/FYI

1.    Dismissal will be at 11:15 Friday. Friday Mass will be live streamed for viewing at 10:00 via the school FB page.
2.    No Before or After School Latch Key Friday, June 11, 2021
3.     Newsletter will come home with links to School Directory, the Tentative 2021/2022 Calendar, and the Summer  Reading Challenge tomorrow, Thursday. I may send you newsletters over the summer to keep you updated about what is happening in the school.
4.    * We were told we would be able to send our  first  SMS message in the new SIS FACTS System today. We tried to use the system and were informed it was not open to our school yet even though they confirmed yesterday to use it asap. They attached this message  to send to all of you for the first few messages using it.

“We are excited to inform you that our school has purchased a new emergency notification and rapid alert system to help improve and facilitate communication with our families. Parent Alert will allow us to send out communications via Text, Email, and Voice Messages for all type of events. These alerts can be used for many reasons but also it will provide us a fast efficient way to communicate with our families in case of an emergency. To ensure you are able to receive our alerts please text the keyword “START” to 22-383 from your mobile device. Any text alerts from our school will begin with “TEXT HEADER” and calls will show from “SCHOOL PHONE #”.”
