Principal Updates

Greetings Families,
 
Here is a simple update around exchanging materials at school Tuesday,
June 9 ^th. All families please return classroom and library books at this time. If you are not returning in the fall you must return electronic devices too.
 
1.    Tables will be set up at Mack Avenue doors between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
2.    Stay in cars as we are holding to social distancing for this exchange.
3.    Masks must be worn when doing the exchange.
4.    Boxes with teacher names will be outside near the tables.
5.    Place books in appropriate boxes for your children. Library books are to go in its own box.
6.    When you approach the exchange table tell the volunteer what your child/children’s name is/are.
7.    They will bring possessions to table for you to take home.
 
There will be other items for those you coming Tuesday evening. Anyone doing the exhange may receive any of the following for being part of our community.
 
1.    “I am St. Clare” lawn sign
2.   A box of fresh produce picked up from AOD earlier in the day. (limited number available)
3.    Option to take another yard sign addressing justice in our community.
