Thank you for all your continuous flexibility around our calendar all school year. We are all delighted that at this time no families have COVID-19 illness in their homes as per information shared with administration. We aim to complete the less than month left totally in person. Below you will find specific topics you need to know about for this next week. The most important one at the time is FACTS.
FACTS Roll Out: The FACTS message you received last week was not about tuition. It was about moving from PowerSchool over to FACTS for all school records, correspondence, forms, grades, report cards and calendars. This must be completed as PowerSchool will no longer be used by St. Clare of Montefalco. You will need to go back into your email and look for a message sent from
FACTS that was sent on
Wednesday, May 5. This needs to be
completed by tomorrow, May 14. Our new families for 2021/2022 are waiting to enroll. They cannot begin until all current families are registered. Contact Samantha Cooley,
[email protected], if you have any questions.
Field Day – Friday, May 21
st is Field Day. Ms. Stanley sent a note home Monday requesting sizes and money for t-shirts. PTO has generously offered to pay the full price of all the t-shirts. Please fill out the form with your child’s size and do not send money. Families who sent money will receive the money back. More information around Field Day will come out early next week.
No Latch Key Field Day/No Hot Lunch-Pizza Field Day/ No School if it Rains Field Day
Vaccination Site Survey – We have the opportunity to offer Pfizer vaccinations to children 12 and older as well as adults here on the school grounds.
Please participate in this survey letting us know if we should pursue this opportunity. The survey needs to be completed by
Monday, May 17. People participating would come back in three weeks for the second vaccination. We would want to fit this three-week timeline into the close of our school year.
Garden Club – Families in the parish have been busy making the parish grounds look beautiful. Families in the school have also been preparing our school grounds for planting of flowers.
