This was some weather week was it not? I’m sure everyone appreciated a day home together Wednesday as the projected Weather Report made being out and about a possible dangerous endeavor for all. Tuesday evening I called Wednesday a Snow Day. I kept checking the weather and nothing merited keeping St. Clare of Montefalco closed on Thursday. Grosse Pointe Public Schools, which were closed Wednesday, were also open Thursday. That being said, attendance was very good at St. Clare Thursday. We were able to celebrate Ash Wednesday Mass a day late and the Black History Presentations were held following mass. Please click here to read the full newsletter.
I hope you all had a wonderful Winter Break with your children. Our week began Wednesday with our young people celebrating Mass together as Mrs. Rodeghier’s 1st and 2nd graders led us through the liturgy. We so appreciated their guidance. Please click here for the full newsletter.
Happy Winter Break! We enjoyed Auction Winner Principal of the Day Nadia Richardson leading our school today. Extra recess and no homework today, Free Ice Cream next Friday, and Free Dress Day next Thursday were all granted by Principal Richardson. Ms. Crowley was Principal Richardson’s Student Assistant for the day. Principal Richardson’s announcements and leadership were outstanding. Click here for full newsletter.
