You are an amazing group of people. Who would ever believe the Online Auction put together by parents and parish members would draw in $70,000? Jaws all drop whenever I share this news with anyone I come into contact with whether with the Archdiocese or just in general. This little catholic school community in the middle of a pandemic, spiritually challenged due to significant losses of close family members, and emotionally challenged by many becoming unemployed, this little catholic community raised $70,000 to support its school. St. Clare of Montefalco school families you made that happen. Your spirit shines through no matter what darkness falls upon you. God is with you, that is obvious. Dropping the mic! We made it through the entire 2019/2020 school year without missing a beat. Why? It’s because the St. Clare of Montefalco School family is about challenge. You all do not hesitate or back away from challenge. We had so many over the course of the school year. Honestly, I was forever impressed at how smoothly our school moved into the Distance Learning platform in March. Fellow Falcons, we had no fussing, no defeated attitudes, no missing in action families over the course of the last 10 weeks. The few that struggled connecting had support by school staff to make sure they were brought back into the fold. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
I hope this finds you doing well. Superintendent Kevin Kijewski issued the following letter around the opening of school for next school year. Please open this post to view the Superintendent's letter and the complete newsletter.

Students and teachers remain engaged in daily lessons. Thank you parents for providing the space and support during this Distance Learning experience. We moved from families working with packets you picked up in March, to email contact with teachers daily, to Live Classroom Zooms, to reaching our last two weeks working in multiple platforms. Amazing, truly amazing. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
