We had an exciting Wednesday as it was discovered that the September 28th issue of People Magazine has over a page photo of our kindergarten class attending their first orientation. Photos of the issue can be found on our FB page. So cool. I would also be remiss not to mention the fun our students had today trying to dunk the principal. Those who met their Summer Reading goals had 3 chances each to drop Ms. Crowley. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
As Ms. Crowley always says, things are moving along here at St. Clare. Students, teachers, and families are becoming more proficient with technology use every day. I would like to thank all of you for supporting your children and our staff as we navigate all the new technology uses in our school this year. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
Our first ever Zoom Parent-Teacher Meet up Wednesday evening touched my heart. I am in awe of the flexibility everyone is applying in transitioning into this bright new world. A parent shared that phrase with me Tuesday morning and it certainly does apply to St. Clare of Montefalco School. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
This evening you have the opportunity to meet your child’s teacher. The evening will begin using the link we use every morning for Prayer and Announcements. It is under my name below. I will also introduce all the teachers so you will be able to see this beautiful staff. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
This week we had all of our children in the school from PK thru GD 8. Next week we fold in our final program, that being Latchkey. It is all of us being super cautious that will keep our school open and safe. The focus of this newsletter is knowing when to keep your child home so that our young people will be able to continue to come to school daily. Please open this post to view the complete newsletter.
You will receive two eblasts today. Many of you wanted to know the testing schedule for next week. Distance Learning families you may arrange for your children to be here during their testing times. So far the testing has gone very well with Grades 6,7 and 8. Please open this post to view the testing schedule.
This has been a beautiful week. Our half day schedule ran smoothly this week thanks to everyone doing their part in making our school safe. Please know that we expect everyone, including parents in the parking lot, to wear masks. This models safe practices that will allow our school to continue face to face four days a week.
