Registration & Tuition

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING

TO REGISTER AND TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ENROLLMENT

1. Complete the Online Enrollment Application and await confirmation from the school that your child(ren) are accepted for enrollment.
2. Complete the 2022-2023 FACTS Enrollment packet, which includes the Tuition Agreement form.
3. All forms must be signed and submitted for acceptance.
4. Pay the $300 registration deposit payment. The registration deposit is non-refundable. For returning families registered on or before March 31, 2022, the registration fee is reduced to $200.
5. Lines 5 thru 11 are for NEW students only.
6. For families that are accepted after August 31, 2022, one month’s tuition must be paid at the time you register.
7. Provide student’s birth certificate.
8. Provide student’s Baptismal Certificate, if Catholic.
9. Provide copies of the student’s recent report cards and all standardized testing results.
10. Evaluations may be scheduled for the student(s) in order to determine proper placement.
11. Provide a complete record, signed by a physician, of the student’s immunizations. Students cannot be admitted to school without all required immunizations. This is Michigan law, and St. Clare School adheres strictly to this policy.
12. All new families must register online with FACTS tuition management through the St. Clare website1

Enrollment cannot be considered complete until all the above items have been finalized.

2. St. Clare parishioners
3. Families that are Catholic but are not St. Clare parishioners
4. Families that are Non-Catholic
5. St. Clare reserves the right to deny admission if we cannot fulfill the student's academic, social or emotional needs.

Payment Plans are managed through FACTS. There are two relevant FACTS portals for families attending St. Clare. The FACTS Family Portal gives families access to some St. Clare of Montefalco school information such as a directory of students and families. The FACTS Payment Plans/Financial Aid Portal is for managing tuition payments.

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered. 

Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.
